Do you have hundreds, maybe even thousands, of digital photos that you’re having trouble organizing? Do you need help on how to process a digital photo for output to email or the web? Want to set up your own photo web gallery?

Join wildlife photographer and Mass Audubon instructor Shawn Carey of Migration Productions for this Adobe Lightroom 5 workshop. Learn how to manage all of your digital photo/files in a way that makes sense and is easy to learn, plus many shortcuts. Shawn will cover:

Section 1: Understanding Lightroom and how it works; library module

Section 2: Overview of importing, rating, and culling; keywords and keyword list; understanding collections

Section 3: Develop module; develop and output for email and web

For more than 15 years, Shawn’s photos have appeared in The Boston GlobeThe New York Times, Mass Audubon Sanctuary magazine, Science magazine, Hawk Mountain News magazine, and many others. He has been teaching Fundamentals of Bird Photography for Mass Audubon since 1997.

A minimum of four participants is required for this program.

 Instructions and Directions:

Meet at Joppa Flats Education Center. Bring lunch and snacks.
Joppa Flats Cancellation Policy: Please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your program if you must cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, we can only offer a refund or credit if we subsequently fill your space. We cannot transfer your payment to another registration with less than 24 hours’ notice.
